Zeus and Toby & K9 Kulture

It was raining the whole day today and we were quite excited about Zeus starting school today, but alas, it was postponed due to the rain. Oh well, nevermind. We brought Zeus to meet Toby anyway, that is mummy's other dog, a great big nine-year-old golden retriever. This is Zeus's third time meeting Toby.

Toby used to bark at Zeus whenever Zeus lies down on the floor, we're not sure why, maybe it's over excitement... But now Toby seems okay with Zeus, and is even willing to share his toy bone with Zeus. We thought Toby would be jealous, but no.

Also, Toby used to follow Zeus around like a hound, and his nose was perpetually stuck to Zeus's butt all the time, but this behaviour seems to have mellowed.

We think they are beginning to like each other, or accept each other, which is a good thing :)

This is Zeus at K9 Kulture yesterday

He was sniffing all the other dogs, and they were doing likewise to him, although they didn't seem too interested in him, maybe cause he smells? hehe. He was so playful, he chased other dogs and crashed into one Japanese spitz, who was terrified of him. Poor thing.
